Support and safety reports
Email support@classconnect.au for account or feature questions, broken resources, and concerns about unsafe or inappropriate material. Include the relevant resource title or link, what happened and the approximate time. Do not include passwords, class join codes or unnecessary details about other students.
Privacy, access and deletion
Email privacy@classconnect.au for privacy questions, requests to access or correct account information, deletion requests, complaints, or concerns involving a young person. Include the account email and the scope of the request. Identity or representative authority may need to be checked before records are disclosed or changed.
Copyright and permission concerns
Email copyright@classconnect.au if you own rights in material or are authorised to report a concern. Identify the ClassConnect resource or location, the work involved, your connection to the rights holder, the issue and a way to contact you. Do not attach a complete copyrighted work or sensitive student records unless specifically needed and requested.
Reports are reviewed by the operator. A report is not an automatic determination of infringement; access restrictions, removal or a request for more information may be appropriate after review.
Who handles messages
ClassConnect is operated by Guy Williams in Australia. These addresses use Cloudflare forwarding to an inbox monitored by the operator. Correspondence is processed by the email providers described in the privacy notice.
Email is not an emergency service. If there is immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service or a trusted adult. ClassConnect does not promise a particular response time.
